Maybe I will never understand the whole boo-tattooing thing. When I initally saw a picture of her tattoo about a month ago, I couldn’t read what the tattoo said cleary so I didn’t want to make any assumptions. These two have not been dating for more than a year, which is why I quetioned the tattoo. The tattoo actually says Truly Blessed. D....
