Were are hearing the TV show The Game might just live on. The cast tweeted pictures of themselves on a plane heading to Atlanta, where the show might be moving to. Rumors have been flying around that BET picked up the show but nothing has been confirmed yet. Congrats to the cast, we actually like this show.

Executive Editor of Music at BET.com, Andreas Hale lost his job and did some serious whistle blowing in the process. If you wonder why BET is looked down upon in the African American Community, he gives us some insight why:

As of today (September 8, 2009) I am no longer the Executive Editor of Music at BET.com.

Upon entering the position at BET I said that I needed one year to see what really went on inside the belly of the beast. I needed 365 days to sleep with the enemy and infiltrate the system. One year to see if they REALLY wanted change at BET.

As someone who has been critical of BET for many years, it surprised many that I would leave my post at HipHopDX last year to take a position at BET. But it was an opportunity I absolutely had to take. I could no longer be critical of this company without accepting the opportunity to change it when given. Although I was hired to bring about change, I was systematically shut down. I wasn’t hired to make noise, I was hired to be silenced.

Maybe I will never understand the whole boo-tattooing thing. When I initally saw a picture of her tattoo about a month ago, I couldn’t read what the tattoo said cleary so I didn’t want to make any assumptions. These two have not been dating for more than a year, which is why I quetioned the tattoo. The tattoo actually says Truly Blessed.  D. Gibson. Keyshia is one known to have some bad break-ups from the lyrics in her debut ablum The Way It Is to her break -up with Rapper Young Jeezy. I hope this relationship, last because tattoos are forever.

Just incase you missed The BET Awards last night check out some of the performances. Jay-Z kills Death Of Autotune and sends a clear message to other rappers with his performance. Most artist dedicated their performances to “The King of Pop” Michael Jackson.

Another great performance last night. “She can pay for the Bills…Take me out in this recession!!!” LOL

One of the best performances of the night. Jamie Foxx definitely did his thing. Shout outs to Travis Barker, we glad he made a full recovery after that plane crash.
